RETURN&EXCHANGE
At Manactivegear retruns are easy! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchases, return it for any reason.
However we do have a time frame for no reason return policy:
You can return unused items within 7 days of ship date for an exchange or a refund.
For customers who only want to exchange: We will send you the requested item at no shipping cost charge to you.
However, please allow 5 business days after receipt in our store for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you.
And replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
The guarantee does not extend to:
1) Damages due to incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
2) Items that are returned without original packaging, labels, freebies or accessories.
4) Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Before you return your merchandise please follow the steps below:
-Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) showing the issue.
-Email us at service@manactivegear.com
*Further instructions will be given through email.
For customers who demand a refund after returned. Please contact our customer service in prior for refund confirmation.
After we receive you returned product, the refund will include the retail price paid to the credit card on the original order.
Just contact our customer service and give the order details information and the reasons for your request of refund.

The time of refund hit your account:
The standard refund procedure takes 7~14days dependent on your issuing bank.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
